Lavvie Perfumes provides international delivery to all countries around the world. Delivery fees vary from one country to another as displayed at checkout.
Orders are shipped within 4 days of confirmation.
Local orders are delivered by different local delivery companies, and the delivery rate and time are calculated at checkout.
All International Deliveries:
4-12 days on Fast delivery.
Return:
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Cancellation & Replacement Policy: (Applicable as per the website Products/Services)
To start a return, you can contact us by email at lavvie.store@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return questions.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping costs
We refund shipping costs in case the order was damaged or had any other issues.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If you paid by Credit/Debit card, Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
